1. The Refund Offer applies only Win or Each Way wager placed over the Internet or Mobile phone at m.sportsbet.com.au on the Final Field market. Only the 1st bet on the Cox Plate race will be deemed eligible for the Offer. The 1st bet must be a Win or Each Way bet. 2. For the Refund component of the offer to be valid, Jimmy Choux must finish the race in 2nd place. A dead or triple dead heat for 2nd will void the Offer. A Dead Heat for 2nd will be eligible for the Offer.
3. Free Bets placed on a selection are excluded for the Offer. Multibet wagers are excluded from the Offer.
4. The Refund offer will equal the value of the Members stake. The maximum refund is $100 per member. Only the Win portion of Each Way bets will be refunded (eg. a $50 Each Way bet will receive a $50 refund).
5. The Refund will be credited to the member’s account as a separate cash transaction by 6pm Saturday 22 October 2011 and the member will receive an email confirming the bonus has been paid on Monday, 24th October 2011.
